Sleepless

Last night I just couldn't sleep
I lay in bed
got up
worked on the computer
and got back in bed

repeat
and repeat
and repeat

I wound up falling
but only for about 4 hours
I am barley here

I'm about to take a leap of faith
I've been on the edge for a wile
but I now know it's time

When I feel my feelings coming up
I will let them
I will stop shutting down
I will let myself be afraid
but keep going
